Eightfold

Eightfold is an enterprise talent intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help organizations recruit, develop, and retain top talent more effectively. The platform analyzes vast amounts of employee and candidate data to identify hidden skills, predict career trajectories, and match talent with opportunities both internally and externally. Eightfold serves large enterprises and mid-market companies looking to build data-driven human resources functions, particularly those struggling with recruitment efficiency, employee retention, and skills gap management. The platform offers modules for talent acquisition, internal mobility, talent development, and workforce planning, making it comprehensive for HR departments managing thousands of employees. Compared to traditional applicant tracking systems like Workday or SuccessFactors, Eightfold provides more sophisticated AI-driven matching and career intelligence, though it typically requires significant onboarding and organizational commitment. The tool excels at helping companies reduce time-to-hire, improve promotion and retention rates, and build succession pipelines by intelligently surfacing internal talent for open roles.
